The detail in this animation is
outstanding. Pixar puts so much passion and dedication and effort into making
sure their films are above and beyond every single time and Coco’s no
exception.
Pixar enjoys tugging at our heart
strings – they’ve created some highly emotional storylines set in exceedingly
beautiful and imaginative worlds – and Coco has both, whilst also paying tribute
to the Mexican culture.
If there are any minor problems
here and there, I can remember a single one of them. The film is built so wonderfully
and strong that if I did pick out a couple of problems, they were probably just
minor squabbles that actually don’t deserve any mention anyway.
And as always, whenever I watch a
new Pixar movie, I do keep an eagle eye out for any and all Easter eggs. The
Pizza Planet truck is there, as well as the Luxo ball, and A113, as well as a
few references to their past movies, including Finding Nemo and Toy Story.
Here is a list of some of the
most notable Easter Eggs within the movie.
Toy Story as pinatas...
The famous Pizza Planet truck...
And last but not least, A113...
