Random Topic Generator: When Are Critics Wrong? - By Nostalgic Critic

This interesting video explores the different opinions we all have when viewing the same film. Nostalgia Critic justifies his point by explaining how critics analyse the films compared to us, as well as giving his point of view when watching films.

How many times have you liked a film but the critics didn’t, and vice versa? This video answers that in a detailed and gripping way that will help you understand the world of giving an opinion professionally, instead of casually.

I’ve watched a lot of films over the last few years. I could even say that I am practically addicted to them, even though that might not be the correct term. The point is, I can’t get enough of sitting down in front of a good film, relaxing for an hour and a half to two hours. But, even though I’ve watched a lot and have picked up on a few things that some critics may discuss in their reviews, I’m still watching for entertainment purposes only, not professionally, and that different mind-set may actually change how we perceive the film emotionally.

The Nostalgic Critic doesn’t quite explain that last sentence, but he certainly helps you process it may help you understand their world just a little bit more.
