Top Number: My Top 9 GTA V Pictures

GTA V (Grand Theft Auto V) is an open world game where you can do pretty much anything you want. With its stunning visuals and massive amount of activities, the hours will fly by. Ever since the game came to PC in March of last year, the Modding community went wild, and soon there were too many mods to count. The moment that I included certain mods in the game, it became an entirely new and unique experience. While this article isn’t focusing on the mods, it will be focusing on the many pictures that have spawned because of them. Today, I would like to show you my top nine favourite pictures that I'm sure you will be as interested as I was when taking them.

Now, before we do start, however, I would like to point out that I’m no photographer, amateur or professional – the only difference I know between two cameras is the make – which means the pictures won’t be anything fancy, just a casual documentation of the many adventures when playing the game.

Number 9:

One of my mods allowed me to teleport to anywhere on the map. I was on the far side of the map and wanted to get home as quick as possible. The teleportation worked, I did end up at home, but what I wasn’t expecting was ending up on my home. The red sky in the background as the sun sets gives this picture a bit more atmosphere than just a random car sitting on the roof of a house. Can you imagine if you were sitting inside, waiting for someone to come home and then you suddenly hear a massive crash above as they arrive in style.

Number 8:

*Passenger gets in*
Me – ‘Where to?’
Passenger – ‘To the top of mount Chiliad please.’
Me – ‘Right you are.’
*Drives to Mount Chiliad*
Me – ‘That’ll be two hundred pounds please.’

Number 7:

So I had just booted up the game, and only just left my house when I saw that a plain had somehow decided that it wanted to try flying on the ground instead of the air. I can’t say for certain that it was because of any mods that this happened, but I did have a couple installed at the time. Luckily, no one was hurt… except the car that appears to be attempting to drive under the plain.

Number 6:

I’m including this picture because the car that is sitting upside down in the water costs £1 million. I was so excited to finally have enough money to buy one of the fastest cars in the game. It is a pure joy to drive and sounds amazing… of that is what I would be saying if I hadn’t crashed it after only driving it for five minutes. It was this moment that drove me to installing a mod that allows me to spawn any vehicle I want for free. If only I had a picture of my facial expression the moment after plunging it into the water…

Number 5:

It took me ages to find the crashed UFO. That’s pretty much all that I want to say about it. I wasn’t going to pass up an opportunity to take a picture of something that it might take just as long to find again, now, was I?

Number 4:

I can say for certain that this picture was because of a glitch with a mod. Although I can’t say specifically what happened that caused this, it was a surprise to arrive home after a long day to find myself standing in the driveway, staring directly at me, doing nothing. So naturally, I had to take a picture with him. I don’t think he is too happy with my posing.

Number 3:

It may be basic, but I like how from the top of this hill, you could see the busy city of Los Santos at night. The lights are on and that means the streets are bare. I just had to take my new car for a spin, and there isn’t a better time than in the middle of the night.

Number 2:

Remember when I said that I had installed a mod that allows me to spawn any vehicle I want, well I utilised that and spawned myself the biggest plain in the game… as you do. It was only when the sun started to set that I realised I had been flying for many hours. I was heading over the water at the time and was about to turn back to land at the airport when this amazing sight met my eyes. I just loved how the picture captures the peaceful atmosphere of soaring high above the clouds. I just hope that the plain in front can say the same thing.

Number 1:

I love this picture, mainly due to how the light from the lamppost above illuminates the water visible as it rains down. The reflections of the light in the puddles gives the picture that much more depth than if it was taking on some country road in the middle of nowhere. The car’s awesome, too.
