Let’s hope this year will be better than last. I have huge plans
for this year that will challenge me in new ways, and hopefully help grow what
I love doing further into new areas. Last year, we saw the world change dramatically
and historically, and now we have to both pick up the pieces, dust ourselves
down, and keep moving forward. It’s expected that there will be a few bumps along
the way; I believe we’ve all grown tougher skin to help deal with whatever this
year decides to throw at us.
One of the changes, albeit temporary, will be what will replace
Thursday’s and Sunday’s blogs. Layers have accidentally strayed away from the
storyline that I had originally planned because I made the decision that it was
better than what I had planned, but unfortunately, that quickly reached the
point where I don’t know where it’s heading, and I need to sit down and rethink
what I want. I have no idea when Layers will return, but when it does, there may
be a sudden change between parts as I bring it round to a storyline I’m happy
to follow.
So, what’s going to replace them? I have two empty slots that I
need to fill, and I don’t particularly want to start another story with many already
on the go at once: The Watch, my VRSS (Verses) series that I’m currently in the
middle of writing episode 3 and will be out before the end of this month, along
with my books that I’m hoping to release on Kindle at some point in the year –
which is why, instead of adding more writing, it will still be picture orientated.
The first of that series will start this coming Thursday. All the other blogs
will remain the same.
Once again, I wish everyone a happy new year, and once again, even
though I’ve said many times over the Christmas period, but it does reflect just
how grateful I really am: Thank you so much to everyone for reading my blogs.
Thanks for reading
